Afternoon Guys,
We’ll be basketing the winter birds tonight for their first trainer planned for tomorrow, weather looks ok all week and again into next week so I’m hopeful we’ll get them right down to the 40 mile mark over the next 10 days or so,
We’ve been visited by a pair of perigrines that have moved into the area this year almost every day so its been very difficult to work the birds at the loft as much and for as long as I would’ve liked but thankfully while we’ve been here watching they’ve been unsuccessful but as soon as the birds range out of sight its impossible to tell and definitely think we’re missing some since the loft scan unfortunately,
Without saying too much we are now down to just the hen perigrine who visits and with a bit of luck she’ll be moving on very soon aswell!
